NEEL provides a team of licensed operators, chemists and engineers. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our certified laboratory will complete all of the necessary analysis along with any process control testing needed to optimize your treatment facility. This all adds up to big savings.

NEEL'S offers comprehensive services for municipal, industrial, and community water and wastewater treatment systems. From start up to peak capacity operation, we can provide technical assistance and staff training, or total, ongoing operational support.

Our input at any stage of your project can have an immediate and measurable impact on plant efficiency and operating costs. Our services can begin before your plant is constructed. Our expertise is regularly extended to engineering firms for preliminary analysis and studies which serve as the basis for all process equipment is functioning properly. Our fully trained staff is when available for complete contracted plant operation.

NEEL presently provides contractual operational services to a number of wastewater treatment facilities throughout NEPA. The level of service provided varies to suit the need of the particular client and facility.

SUPERVISORY SERVICE -
this is the minimal lever of service

  • Weekly inspection by a PA DEP certified wastewater treatment plant operator
  • Setting of the operational parameters
  • Maintenance of operational log book
  • Analysis of influent and effluent
  • Completion of monthly DMR report
  • Preparation of DEP applications and correspondence

SUPERVISORY/TRAINING SERVICE -
this program is best suited for an organization that has a full time maintenance department. A designated employee is trained and supervised in the proper operation of the treatment facility as they prepare for licensing.

FULL OPERATIONAL SERVICE -
this program is best suited for an organization that needs complete full time operational service but does not want to incur the additional expense of an employee. This type of service provides a higher level of expertise and service at a lower cost.

  • Daily site visits by a PA DEP certified treatment plant operator
  • Daily routine service including testing, process control, housekeeping, etc.
  • Provide all chemicals and maintenance parts
  • Schedule major repairs and maintenance visits
  • Complete necessary documentation and attend all regulatory meetings
  • Provide emergency response services
